ITP candidates were to be prepared for new leadership roles and Global strategic projects. OKRs included providing a foundational mindset and skillset for “Leading Self, Leading Others and Leading Business”, supporting the ITP vision and enabling trainees execute
Strategic projects after the workshop. Provided consulting and designed workshops as part of International Talent Program and academy development. Focus was on nominated high performers and Global leaders of the future for new strategic projects and roles.Key Results were measured based on learning action plans built into the
workshop. AppLift broke the $100 million run-rate mark in Q4 2015, expanding across the Asia with three new
offices and tripling revenue going into 2016
